Garages open about four hours before events, parking passes are sold in advance through JustPark, the venue uses license plate recognition, and payment is by card only. The venue also promotes free shuttle options and tells drivers to use Waze for current road closures.
For an injury claim, those details help you place a crash. A collision on 102nd Street at exit time, a fall in a garage, and a rideshare pickup on Prairie Avenue each involve different people who may have a duty to you. When the crash was on I-405, I-105, or SR-90, the California Highway Patrol is the likely agency instead. To get that one, file form CHP 190 at a CHP Area office or send it in by mail.
