Trains, Beeline buses, and state highways in and around Glendale
Glendale has more public transportation operators than people expect. The Glendale Transportation Center, also called the Larry Zarian Transportation Center, is a hub for Metrolink's Antelope Valley and Ventura County lines and for Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner. Glendale Beeline, the city's municipal bus system, serves the center on Routes 1, 4, 8, 11, and 12, and its service area reaches parts of Burbank, La Canada Flintridge, and La Crescenta-Montrose. LA Metro Route 93 and Metro Micro also serve it.
Which of those is responsible after an injury depends on who owned the vehicle, track, platform, or street. Beeline service is contracted, so ask who operated the bus. Freeways and state routes, including SR-2, I-5, and SR-134, are Caltrans roads.
