Reaching the Vista courthouse by car or by Sprinter
A public parking lot sits directly in front of the North County Regional Center, which most visitors use since the building itself is not within easy walking distance of the Sprinter rail line or the Vista Transit Center on North Santa Fe Road. Riders coming in on North County Transit District's Sprinter trains or Breeze buses, including the routes that run along Santa Fe Road and through downtown Vista, should plan on a connecting bus or a short rideshare from the transit center rather than walking straight from the tracks. As with the county's other Superior Court buildings, expect a security checkpoint at the entrance, so build in a few extra minutes, leave pocketknives and tools in the car, and have your citation or notice ready to show if asked.
