For the arrest itself, Inglewood PD processes bookings at the department before anyone who cannot post bail locally is moved into the county jail system, the same structure used across most of Los Angeles County.
Riding the K Line while a license is suspended
Inglewood is now served by its own light rail stop: the K Line's Downtown Inglewood station sits on Florence Avenue in the city's business district, with the Fairview Heights station one stop over, both built specifically to move the crowds that SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, and the Kia Forum draw on event nights. For day to day trips that do not involve a game or a concert, the K Line still connects riders north toward the Crenshaw corridor and the rest of the Metro Rail system.
Inglewood's own DMV field office is currently closed, with no reopening date posted, so the closest full service office for license and registration business is in neighboring Hawthorne on West El Segundo Boulevard.
